1. I agree to follow the rules & regulations as set forth by A.K.C..

2.   I will furnish a signed registration application with each puppy sold, unless a written agreement is made to the contrary.

3.   I will not sell puppies to pet shops or commercial pet mills.

4.   I will not crossbreed, or advertise for sale, crossbred puppies.

5.   I will not give stud service to unregistered bitches.

6.   I will advise the purchaser of my puppy to have it checked within 2 days of sale (2 extra days, if sold on a weekend.)  If found unfit, I will either replace it, or take the puppy back and refund the full purchase price.

7.   I will maintain the best standard for my dogs and puppies.

8.   I will keep alert for, and work to control and/or eradicate inherited problems and conditions that are particular to Pomeranians, and to breed as closely as I can to the breed standards.

9.   I will represent my dogs as honestly as possible to prospective buyers and try to assist the serious novice in their understanding of the breed.

10. I will try at all times to show good sportsmanship and to keep in mind that the good of the breed comes before any personal benefits.

11. I will price my puppies within breed range.
